SRM Announces Appointment of Joseph Silverman as Associate, Ken Kolling as Operating Advisor, and Promotion of Andrew Martinez to Senior Associate

As Operating Advisor and board member for Komline, Mr. Kolling brings experience in manufacturing and operations to his new role. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President in Operations at Danaher, where he had multi-plant manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and R&D responsibilities. Before joining Danaher, Mr. Kolling worked for GE for 22 years. In his new role, Mr. Kolling will provide strategic guidance and operational support to Komline, as well as advise SRM's investment team on operational due diligence.

Mr. Silverman joins SRM from Macquarie Capital, where he was an Associate in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services coverage group, focused on M&A advisory. Prior to Macquarie, he served as a pilot and officer in the US Navy. Mr. Silverman earned his MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

SRM Announces Appointment of Ivan Osinsky as Vice President

Prior to joining SRM, Michael was an Analyst with Lincoln International in their healthcare M&A group. He joined Lincoln International as an Analyst out of undergrad. Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Denver.

SRM Announces Promotion of Beau Brace to Vice President and Appointment of Jimmy Carragher as Associate

Beau Brace joined SRM at the end of 2021 as a Senior Associate. He was previously a Senior Associate with SNH Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in Austin. Prior to joining SNH, Beau was an Associate with Sheridan Capital Partners, a mid-market healthcare private equity fund based in Chicago. Previously, Beau was an Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group of Lazard Frères & Co. in New York.

Beau received his MBA in Finance and Health Care Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Bachelor of Science with Honors in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Jimmy Carragher joined SRM in 2022. He was previously an Associate with BofA Merrill Lynch in their debt advisory and liability management group. During his time at BofAML, Jimmy focused on structuring and executing various debt capital markets transactions for corporate debt issuers in multiple industries, spanning the full credit spectrum. He joined BofAML as an analyst out of undergrad.

Jimmy received his MBA in general management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia. SRM Announces Appointment of Fausto Lucero as Principal

September 20, 2021 – Austin, TX – Sunny River Management, LLC ("SRM") is pleased to announce that Fausto Lucero has joined the firm’s investment team as a Principal. He brings extensive leadership experience advising clients in investment banking transactions including M&A and capital raising, acquisition financing, leveraged and structured finance.

As a Managing Director with MUFG, he was Head of Latin America Corporate Finance and Head of Power & Utilities client coverage. Prior to that, Fausto was a Vice President at Credit Suisse where he advised clients in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital raising transactions in Latin America. Mr. Lucero worked as an associate at JP Morgan’s North America Natural Resources Investment Banking group and began his career at ABN AMRO with roles in project finance, M&A and principal infrastructure investments. Sunny River Management, LLC Promotes Will Carter and Jack Partain to Vice President

January 31, 2020 – ATLANTA, GA – Sunny River Management, LLC (“SRM”) is pleased to announce the promotions of Will Carter and Jack Partain to Vice President, effective February 1, 2020. As senior members of the SRM team, both Will and Jack have led several investments and have helped drive growth for SRM and its portfolio companies. In their roles as Vice President, both Will and Jack will assume board responsibilities, oversee new investment opportunities, lead transactions for existing platforms, and manage the team of Associates joining SRM.

Will Carter joined SRM in 2019. He supports all SRM platforms with a focus on Fire Safety and Protection, LLC. Will brings over five years of M&A and private investing experience. Prior to joining SRM, he served as a Senior Associate at Torque Capital Group and also served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Sagent Advisors where he advised clients on M&A transactions, primarily in the aerospace & defense, retail and industrial sectors. Will began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Genesis Capital, advising on M&A transactions in the healthcare and media sectors.
