Sunny River Management, LLC Promotes Will Carter and Jack Partain to Vice President

January 31, 2020 – ATLANTA, GA – Sunny River Management, LLC (“SRM”) is pleased to announce the promotions of Will Carter and Jack Partain to Vice President, effective February 1, 2020. As senior members of the SRM team, both Will and Jack have led several investments and have helped drive growth for SRM and its portfolio companies. In their roles as Vice President, both Will and Jack will assume board responsibilities, oversee new investment opportunities, lead transactions for existing platforms, and manage the team of Associates joining SRM.

Will began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Genesis Capital, advising on M&A transactions in the healthcare and media sectors. Will holds an MS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and BS in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
